Free-agent kicker Shaun Suisham of Wallaceburg signed late Tuesday with the Cleveland Browns. Suisham made 20 of 24 field goals last season while playing with the Washington Redskins and Dallas Cowboys. He’s connected on 87 of 110 field-goal attempts in 57 games in his five-year NFL career
