Cleveland Browns training camp log: Day 3

BEREA, Ohio — What happened: The first day of live hitting in full pads claimed one casualty, rookie tight end Jordan Cameron, who cramped up in the morning but was back for the afternoon walkthrough. Recently signed defensive end Jayme Mitchell arrived, but still missing was No. 1 draft pick Phil Taylor.

Defensive tackle Brodrick Bunkley went back to the Eagles after questions arose from his weekend physical, league sources said. Late Monday afternoon, Bunkley was dealt to Denver for a conditional 2013 draft choice.

Welcome home: Offensive lineman John Greco, acquired in a trade with St. Louis, arrived but won’t practice until Thursday because he recently signed a restricted free agent tender by the Rams. Greco is a native of Youngstown and played at Toledo.

Faces in the crowd: Former Browns tight end Robert Royal and former quarterback and Channel 3 preseason analyst Bernie Kosar.

Injury report: Not practicing were WR Mohamed Massaquoi (foot), TE Ben Watson (concussion), WR-KR Josh Cribbs (leg), OG Eric Steinbach (knee), DT Travis Ivey (undisclosed), WR Carlton Mitchell (shoulder) and RB Montario Hardesty (precaution).

Tuesday’s schedule: Team in full pads from 8:45-11:15 a.m.
